REFER AND EARN REWARDS

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the Smooth Finish Painting Gift Card Referral Rewards Program (the "Program"). By referring a new customer to Smooth Finish Painting, the referrer (the "Referrer") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

• Referrer Eligibility: The Program is open to all past and current customers of Smooth Finish Painting, as well as non-customers (unless otherwise specified). Referrers must be 18 years of age or older.
• Referred Customer Eligibility: The referred customer (the "Referred Customer") must be a new client to Smooth Finish Painting. This means the Referred Customer must not have previously received a quote, booked a service, or been entered into Smooth Finish Painting’s database prior to the referral.
• Relationship Requirement: The Referrer cannot refer themselves, their spouse, or any entity they directly own or control.

A "Qualified Referral" is achieved when all of the following conditions are met:

• The Referrer submits the referral via the official Smooth Finish Painting referral method (e.g., online form, email to a specified address, or written notification before the Referred Customer contacts Smooth Finish Painting).
• The Referred Customer accepts the quote, signs a contract, and makes the initial deposit for a painting job.
• The Referred Customer’s painting job is fully completed and paid for in full.

The Referrer will receive a gift card reward based on the final, net contracted price (before taxes and after any other discounts are applied) of the Referred Customer's completed and paid painting job.

The gift card rewards are tiered as follows:

• Reward Type: Rewards will be issued in the form of a prepaid electronic gift card.
• Non-Transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be applied as a discount to the Referrer's or the Referred Customer's painting contract.

• Timing: The gift card reward will be issued to the Referrer within thirty (30) days after the Referred Customer’s painting job has been fully completed and Smooth Finish Painting has received final payment.
• Notification: The Referrer will be notified via email or phone once the Qualified Referral status is confirmed and the gift card has been processed.
• Single Referral Rule: Only one Referrer can receive a reward for a single painting job. If multiple individuals refer the same customer, the reward will be given to the individual who submitted the referral first, as determined by the official timestamp in Smooth Finish Painting's records.

• Modification/Termination: Smooth Finish Painting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the Referrer or the eligibility of a referral, Smooth Finish Painting reserves the right to make the final and binding decision.
• Legal Compliance: Referrers are responsible for any tax liability related to receiving the referral reward.
• Fraudulent Activity: Smooth Finish Painting reserves the right to disqualify any referral or Referrer if it suspects fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.

Participation in the Smooth Finish Painting Gift Card Referral Rewards Program signifies the Referrer's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
